When you select Classifications Year Start, Golden Records calculates whether archers have maintained their classifications through the year. Archers who started the year with a classification but failed to maintain it are assigned "Unclassified". Those who failed to meet minimum requirements but shot 3 scores are assigned "Archer". Age validity of junior archers is also checked. The recalculated classifications are brought forward into the new season, and this process will delete any existing data in the classifications table for that season.
