Club Competition involves only club members and qualifies for Club Record when records are tracked separately. Open Competition is not restricted to club members and qualifies for Open Record when records are tracked separately. Open Competition scores also qualify for higher UK classifications (Master Bowman and above) compared to Club Competition scores (Bowman tier).
