What controls the appearance of data in my report?

The display of report data is controlled by:
- Styles settings - Access by clicking the styles toolbar icon or from the Report menu. There are 8 built-in styles:
- Group 1 to Group 4 - for group headings
- Headings - for column headings
- Bold, Italic, and Normal - for the report body
- Report column settings - Control what data is visible, column width, and other features
