When an archer leaves the club and is archived or deleted, any club records they hold will remain visible in the Club Records table and will be attributed to that archer, even though they are no longer visible in the archers table. These records will persist until manually deleted.
If your club rules require that records can only be held by current paid-up members, you should delete the relevant records manually.
