When Golden Records Cloud starts, it automatically downloads any changes from the cloud server to your local copy, including modifications, deletions, and additions made on other computers or via the website. The program maintains a local database so it can continue running even without an internet connection. Any changes you make locally will be uploaded to the cloud the next time the program can connect.
