How do I sync data between my PC and the cloud?

After logging in, you can choose to either:
- Download cloud data: Click Download data to this PC from the Cloud replacing ALL local data to replace all local data with cloud data
- Upload local data: Click Upload data from this PC to the Cloud replacing ALL cloud data to replace all cloud data with local data
Once set up, synchronisation is automatic and occurs on startup, shutdown, and when data is saved.
