What formatting rules must my data follow to import successfully?

Your import data must follow these requirements:
- One record per row with data items separated by a consistent delimiter (comma, tab, semi-colon, or colon)
- Include a header row and a terminal row with the word
END in the first column - Match the column order of the provided templates (Score Records, Club Records, Members, Handicaps, or Classifications)
- Choose a delimiter that does not appear in your data (for example, don't use commas if your data contains names like "Newman, Paul")
- Include blank entries for missing data (e.g.,
60,,First Class for empty Handicap) - Use correct date formatting for your region (UK format: 30/09/2019, 30/09/09, 30 September 2019, or September 30 2019)
- Keep files to a maximum of 1000 records per import
- Match Age Group and bow class names exactly as preset in Golden Records to avoid creating duplicates
