Golden Records makes backups automatically at intervals unless disabled in Settings. You can configure a maximum number of backups to keep before older backups are automatically deleted. If you reach the maximum number, Golden Records will ask if you want to purge the older backups.
You can unset the maximum in Settings to keep all backups, but this may cause your backup folder to grow quite large over time.
