Use the de-duplication tool available on the relevant toolbar:

• Core Tables (Rounds, Classes, Age Groups, Types): Access the de-duplication tool on the toolbar to merge duplicates into a single entry and update all child records.
• Main Tables (Archers, Score Records, Club Records, Handicaps, Classifications): Select the records you want to de-duplicate and use the de-duplication tool in the Actions menu.

For Score and Club Records, the oldest record by date shot will be kept, and deleted duplicates are reported. For Handicaps and Classifications, the most recently changed record is preserved.
