What data formatting details should I be aware of?

Pay careful attention to these specific formatting requirements:
- Archer names: Must match exactly as they exist in Golden Records. "John Smith" will not match "John Smith 2" or "Smith, John". If you're importing different archers with similar names, use unique identifiers like "John Smith 2".
- Age Groups and bow classes: Use the exact names preset in Golden Records (e.g., "Gentlemen" not "Gentleman" or "Gent"). Mismatched names will create new categories.
- Dates: Use the correct format for your computer region. For UK dates, acceptable formats include 30/09/2019, 30/09/09, 30 September 2019, or September 30 2019. Incorrect formats like 09/30/2019 will prevent import.
- Round names: Must match existing rounds in your software (e.g., "FITA 70m" must exist with the correct type: Indoor, Outdoor, etc.)
