What are the requirements for uploading a certificate to Golden Records?

Your certificate must meet the following requirements:
- The file must be in PDF (Portable Document Format)
- The PDF must be editable text, not an image of a certificate
- It must contain the appropriate placeholders for Golden Records to populate with information
