How do I configure backup settings in Golden Records?

You can configure backups by setting:
- Backup location — change the default location where backups are stored
- Maximum number of backups to keep — set how many backup files are retained before old ones are deleted
- Automatic purging — enable to automatically delete old backups and prevent the folder from getting too full
- Backup frequency — set how many times the program runs before creating an automatic backup
