Frequently Asked Question

What does it mean if data fails a checking rule?

Last Updated 10 days ago

Non-compliance with a rule does not mean results are automatically invalid. You can continue producing results even if checks fail. For example, an archer may have entered but not shown up on the day. The purpose of these rules is to help ensure that scores have not been missed from competitors who did shoot, rather than to invalidate results.

Note that checking can only verify specific parameters—it cannot detect all data errors (for example, it cannot verify if a Score of 543 should have been 534).
