How do I format column alignment and headers in reports?

In the column chooser, you can:
- Use the Header checkbox to show or hide the column heading
- Set Align to control text alignment. Permissible values are "Left", "Center", and "Right". By convention, text is aligned left and numerical data is aligned right, though this can be customized. Alignment applies to both data and headings
