Frequently Asked Question

How do I set up target numbers and spaces in Golden Arrow?

Last Updated 10 days ago

Golden Arrow uses a target number combined with position letters (e.g., 2A) to allocate archers to targets. For each Match, you must specify:

  • The first target number in the range
  • The last target number in the range
  • The number of spaces per target (positions per target face)

For example, a FITA round might have 6 spaces per target (lettered A-F for 6 archers), while a Portsmouth round might have 2 spaces per face. Target numbers are required for the Target Map feature to work, though they are not essential for results computation.
