Archived: Hides the class and all associated scores completely from the system. Use this when you want to completely remove a class from view across the entire system.
Active (Off): Keeps existing scores visible in the system, but the class no longer appears in dropdown menus when entering new scores or creating records. Use this to stop using a class while preserving historical data.
