1. About You: Enter your club name, administrator's name, postal address, and country
2. Contact Information: Provide a valid email address and confirm it
3. Create a Login: Choose a unique Login ID (letters, numbers, underscores only) and a secure password (8-32 characters, must include at least one number and one uppercase letter)
4. Confirmations and Consent: Toggle on all four switches to confirm you understand the subscription terms, accept the terms and conditions, and consent to data storage for your organisation and yourself
5. CAPTCHA Verification: Complete the reCAPTCHA check
6. Submit: Click "Start Your Free Trial" and do not refresh the page during setup

You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account. The account includes a 90-day free trial with no payment required to start.
