Why am I not getting any handicap or classification values for a round?

This occurs when the round doesn't have a valid lookup value configured. Lookup values act as a bridge between your system's round names and the official GB handicap and classification tables. Without a lookup value, the system cannot find matching data.
To fix this:
- Identify the round, age group, and bow class combination returning no values
- Check if a lookup value is configured for this combination
- Verify the lookup value matches an entry in the official handicap and classification tables
- If no lookup value exists, add one that corresponds to the correct official table entry
- If a lookup value exists but is incorrect, update it to match the official table entry
