How do I add a new consent?

To grant a new permission to your club:
- Click Add New Consent
- Select the type of consent from the available options
- Review the consent details carefully — your club cannot change these after you submit
- Enter the date you are granting consent
- Optionally upload proof of consent as a photo or PDF file
- Click Add to Consents
Uploading proof is optional but recommended for your records.
