How do I add an organization affiliation to my membership?

- Click Add Affiliation
- Select the organization from the Affiliation drop-down menu
- Enter your membership reference number in the Register ID field
- If required by your club, upload a photo of your registration card using the Browse button (maximum file size: 5MB)
- Click Add to Affiliations to save your details
