The most common reason is that your score was entered with a "Practice" status. Under Archery GB classification rules, Bowman classifications cannot be awarded for practice scores.

To fix this, locate the score entry in Golden Records, check the score status field, and change it from "Practice" to "Club Event" or the appropriate competition status. Save the changes and Golden Records will recalculate the classification.
