To allow the system to recognize records for 50+ archers:

1. Locate the Apply Archery GB Age Limits (Rule 308) setting in your system configuration
2. Look for the additional option to exclude 50+ age groups from Rule 308
3. Enable this exclusion option

Once this setting is changed, qualifying scores from 50+ archers will appear in your list of new club records and can be added successfully.
