Frequently Asked Question

To upload your file:

1. Go to DATA → Import Data in the navigation menu
2. Click the Type of Records dropdown and select what you are importing (Members, Score Records, Club Records, etc.)
3. If your file is .csv or .txt, select the separator used in your file (Comma, Tab, Semicolon, or Colon). For .xlsx files, no separator selection is needed
4. Click the file selector button next to "Select File" and choose your prepared file
5. Click the Upload button to begin the import
