Before creating a user account, verify:

• The member already exists in your club's membership records. If not, add them to the membership system first
• You have the correct email address — the activation invitation will be sent there and cannot be resent if incorrect
• The email address is valid and can receive messages
• You assign only the necessary authorisation levels for the user's responsibilities
• If assigning the Club Administrator role, ensure the individual is trustworthy and genuinely requires full system access
