You can assign multiple roles to a single user. Available roles include:

• Access to Own Scores — view and manage their own score records
• Read Only Access to Club Records — view all club data (except personal information) but cannot make changes
• Records Officer — manage and submit club records
• Membership Officer — manage club membership data
• Head Coach — Head Coach privileges in the coaching module
• Coach — standard Coach privileges
• Equipment Officer — manage club equipment data
• Club Administrator — full administrative access (only existing administrators can assign this role)
