Two Factor Authentication requires two forms of identification to access your account:

• Something you know: Your password
• Something you have: A device (usually your phone) that generates unique access codes

Each code is valid for only 30 seconds and cannot be reused. This means that even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without also having your device to generate the current code.
